-The Friction Bolt-33-1200mm, made from a strip of high-tensile steel, is roll-formed into a C-shape featuring a longitudinal slot for engagement. Designed with one end tapered to simplify insertion into a drill hole, the opposite end is securely welded to a ring that anchors the bearing plate.
-Friction bolt-33-1200mm reference to the AS/NZS1594 / ASTM A1011 standard.
-Thermal diffusion galvanizing is available for the Friction Bolt.

Friction Bolt-33-1200mm is a frictional ground support system.When bolt is inserted into drilling hole with smaller diameter, the slot partially closes and bolt diameter is compressed, which creates radial forces on rock roof surface along the whole length and firmly holds the rock.

How to work
Before installation, it's essential to assess the characteristics of the ground.
Select an appropriate drill bit and create a hole tailored to the bolt's diameter, length, and the specified drilling method. The drilled hole should exceed the friction bolt's length by at least 150mm.
Fit a plate onto the friction bolt, positioning the dome against the ring with the tapered end facing forward.
For optimal effectiveness, ensure the friction bolts are installed perpendicular to the rock surface.
Insert a driver dolly into the bolt and drive the friction bolt into the hole until the plate securely contacts the rock surface.
Once the plate is tightly affixed to the rock, avoid hammering the friction bolt further to prevent potential damage to its end.
After installation, conduct pull tests to verify the initial anchorage strength of the friction bolts.
